planetHEMP Return and Exchange Policy

At planetHEMP, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help with our easy return and exchange process.

Returns:

1. Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags attached.

2. Process:

- Contact our customer support team at clothing@planetHEMP.cool to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for return.

- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label. Please package the item securely and attach the label.

3. Refunds:

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

1. Eligibility: Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability.

2. Process:

- Contact our customer support team at clothing@planetHEMP.cool with your order number and details of the exchange request.

- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the original item and receive the replacement.

3. Shipping:

- We cover the shipping costs for the first exchange. Additional exchanges may incur shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at clothing@planetHEMP.cool with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
